Landsecs regeneration arm, LandsecU+I, has submitted a hybrid planning application to reimagine a 1970s shopping centre into a new town centre district for Lewisham. Plans include co-living homes and student accommodation. The masterplan by SEW includes a new park and green spaces the size of a football pitch on top of the shopping centre.
