Hartwell, the automotive and property development company, has submitted its plans to deliver c. 100,000 sq ft of new carbon efficient lab and workspace across five new buildings at Oxford's Wootton Science Park which it has owned since 1975. Scott Brownrigg supplied masterplan designs.
