Bridgemere Land and Foundation Capital Ventures have started work at a landmark science and innovation campus to the south of Cambridge which gained planning permission in July 2024. Cambridge Discovery Campus will provide 343,000 sq ft of science & innovation space on 50 acres. Demolition and remediation works have begun. Bidwells and Savills have been appointed as joint letting agents.
