Main contractor Glencar has begun construction on a 330,000 sq ft shed for developer Logicor in Bolton. The project, Bolton 330, is targeting a BREEAM Outstanding and EPC A ratings to suit Logicor's' goal of a 36% carbon reduction by 2030.
