Consultant WSP, developer Helical and contractor Mace used the 'digital twin' approach, creating a foundational dataset and committing to coordinated design at every stage of delivery and operation. The building provides 200,000 sq ft of office space across 10 floors and achieved BREEAM Outstanding.
