Yusen Logistics and commercial property developer Segro have signed a contract for a new shared user warehouse facility in Northampton. The building is designed to achieve a BREEAM Excellent rating, which will reduce carbon to net zero during build and is designed to save approximately 418 tonnes of CO2 equivalent in scope 1 and 498 tonnes in scope 2 annually.
