Karen is a journalist with over twenty years' experience in the construction and building services industry. She was editor of the CIBSE Journal and Modern Building Services magazines, as well as the founder of specialist construction PR firm Keystone Communications.
The SectorScope was inspired by the research and writing work that Karen delivered for the for clients of Rocket Content.

Charles has worked in publishing for construction and building services professionals for almost thirty years. He was one of the founding directors of Portico Publishing, home of Modern Building Services magazine.
Charles started Rocket Content five years ago and manages clients on a daily basis, helping to identify their requirements and deliver great content.
