The SectorScope partners with London Build and elementalLondon 2026

Media partnership announced for major construction and building performance events at Excel London.

The SectorScope has been confirmed as a media partner for two of the UK’s largest built environment events, with London Build Expo 2026 and elementalLondon 2026 set to take place alongside each other at Excel London on 25–26 November.

The co-located events will bring together more than 25,000 industry professionals across construction, building services and sustainability, creating one of the largest gatherings of built environment specialists in the UK.

London Build Expo 2026 will feature over 900 speakers across 17 CPD-accredited stages, alongside more than 650 exhibitors, networking sessions and specialist zones including Meet the Buyers and the Architect’s Hub. The event is positioned as a key platform for developers, contractors, consultants and suppliers to connect and share insight on major projects and industry trends.

Running alongside it, elementalLondon 2026 will focus on building performance, energy efficiency and operational delivery across commercial, industrial and large-scale residential sectors. Incorporating CIBSE’s Build2Perform programme, the event is designed to connect professionals working on high-performance buildings and infrastructure.

The combined format reflects a growing convergence between construction, engineering and operational performance, with increasing emphasis on how buildings are designed, delivered and managed across their lifecycle.

For The SectorScope, the partnership provides an opportunity to engage directly with a broad cross-section of the industry, from developers and investors through to consultants, contractors and facilities managers, while raising the publication’s profile within key growth sectors.

Both events are expected to attract senior decision-makers and project stakeholders from across the UK and international markets, with a programme spanning technical insight, policy discussion and emerging technologies shaping the future of the built environment.
