Oldham warehouse project advances

Funding deal for Oldham industrial and warehouse scheme

12 June 2025

The £25 million scheme will enable the next phase of the scheme which involves the addition of 13 high-quality industrial units ranging from 5,000 to 42,000 sq ft.


The site is close to Junction 22 of the M60 motorway and is a key element of the council's plan to attract new employers to the area.


Manchester main contractor Russell WBHO has been appointed to the project, which is targeting a BREEAM Excellent rating.
