A lively range of event topics reflects key areas of challenge and opportunity for the construction and property sectors.

The event timetable for elementalLONDON (19–20 November) has been published, bringing together more than 90 sessions, across five live content theatres, on the future of buildings, energy and infrastructure.
With the government under pressure to deliver on net zero, housing standards, and resilience, the event will act as a barometer for where policy meets practice. The SectorScope is delighted to be partnering with the event, as these topics reflect coming challenges and opportunities for the construction and property sectors.
Here are ten sessions that will set the tone for debate across the sector:
