London Build will return to Excel London on 25–26 November 2026, with a conference programme covering building safety, decarbonisation, housing delivery and digital construction. The SectorScope is an official media partner for the event, which is free to attend.
The organisers say the two-day show will feature more than 900 speakers, 450 exhibitors and 220 hours of CPD content across 17 CPD-accredited stages. Co-located event elementalLONDON will add dedicated coverage of HVAC, energy efficiency, retrofit and building performance, with one ticket providing access to both shows.
The London Build programme will examine practical challenges across construction and design. Sessions include the role of modern methods of construction in accelerating social housing delivery, collaboration in fire safety, digital twins in construction and approaches to circular construction.
Speakers include Wates group sustainability director Cressida Curtis, BAM UK & Ireland chief operating officer John Wilkinson and Skanska head of digital construction Alex Plenty. Buro Happold’s director and global lead for GIS and digital twins, Anthony Tuffour, and Max Fordham partner and principal sustainability consultant Kiru Balson will also contribute to the programme.
Architecture, interiors and workplace design will feature alongside technical and delivery topics. Arcadis principal and workplace practice group manager Ana Stanojevic and Willmott Dixon Interiors director Chris Linfoot are among the speakers, while a dedicated Architecture Stage will explore the role of architecture in shaping Britain’s future.
The elementalLONDON programme will run across the Climate Solutions Stage, CIBSE Build2Perform Live and the NHIC Knowledge Hub. Its sessions will focus on energy and building performance, extending the event’s coverage from construction into the operation and improvement of buildings.
The exhibition will bring together suppliers of building products, engineering systems and digital services. Exhibitors include ROCKWOOL, Quelfire, A. Proctor Group, Rinnai, DUCO, Siemens and TÜV SÜD, alongside organisations working in fire protection, software and building performance.
Networking sessions will cover themes including architecture, sustainability, mental health, diversity and inclusion. Participating organisations include CIOB, Building Equality, SheCanEngineer, NAWIC and Women in BIM, with dedicated Women in Construction and Diversity in Construction events also planned.
Additional features include an Architects Hub, a RIBA Bookshop and a Start-Up Zone for early-stage businesses and construction technologies. A Tech Clinic hosted by Women in BIM will give visitors the opportunity to put questions to digital construction specialists.
London Build and elementalLONDON take place on 25–26 November at Excel London. Registration is free.
