GRAHAM appointed to deliver Sky Livingston campus

GRAHAM has been appointed principal contractor for Sky’s new Livingston Campus, which will consolidate the broadcaster’s operations into a 15-acre workplace in West Lothian.

The development will provide more than 21,000 sq m of space and replace four existing buildings at Sky’s Kirkton Campus, as well as leased accommodation at the nearby Alba Campus. GRAHAM’s appointment follows planning approval for the development and moves the project into its next phase of delivery.

Sky has operated in West Lothian for more than three decades and is one of the area’s largest employers. The company said the new campus will provide a long-term base for its workforce in Scotland while supporting its future growth plans.

The project will consolidate employees currently spread across several buildings into a single campus, providing new workplace facilities and creating a more unified base for Sky’s Livingston operations.

The development represents a significant investment in Sky’s Scottish property estate at a time when major employers continue to reassess the role and specification of their workplaces following changes in working patterns.

The Livingston investment continues a period of change across Sky’s Scottish office estate. The company has also relocated its Glasgow and Dunfermline offices in recent years. The new campus will give Sky a consolidated long-term base in West Lothian, where its operations have formed a significant part of the local employment market for more than 30 years.
