Luton set for best in class logistics hub

Hillwood acquires Luton site for best-in-class logistics scheme

Located close to the M1, it will be fully redeveloped to provide a new best-in-class logistics and warehouse scheme.


Demolition started on site in April and will complete later this year, whilst development of the new scheme is targeting a start date before the end of 2025.


In the past six years, Hillwood industrial-logistics has acquired or developed over 3.2 million sq ft across the UK, with almost the same amount of future development potential. It currently has 519,993 sq ft under development.
