HG Construction appointed by Fusion Group to Birmingham PBSA

The project consists of four blocks of 8,10, 11 and 17 storeys and includes 622 beds, a wellness zone and gym.

The student accommodation on Bristol Road has 622 beds, a wellness zone and gym. The project is made up of four blocks of 8,10, 11 and 17 storeys.


The architects for the project are Corstorphine and Wright, who have worked on several projects in Birmingham, and have a long-standing relationship with Fusion.


The project will help to meet the rising demand for students in Birmingham where a shortage of specialist accommodation has been noted.
